Institution of Environmental Sciences - Publications

Publications

The IES produces four to five editions of its journal environmental SCIENTIST each year. Articles are primarily written by experts and professionals working in the environmental field. Each issue examines a topic of pressing importance to environmental science from a variety of different angles; an expert in the relevant area acts as guest editor, introducing the articles and providing a critical overview of the subject at hand. Previous editions of the journal can be viewed on the IES website.

The IES also produces regular reports that are freely available to download from the website.

In addition to the journal and reports, the IES produces a monthly newsletter, EnviroSci News, focusing on a lighter dissemination of expert knowledge and the sharing of Institution News.
