In Absentia Health Care

The most common mode of healthcare delivery is through personal, face-to-face contact between a healthcare provider and a beneficiary (patient). There is, however, an increasing trend towards the provision of healthcare in the absence of a personal contact: this is known as 'in absentia health care'.
