WebSphere Process Server is the runtime engine for artifacts produced in a business-driven development process. Technically, WebSphere Process Server is mounted on top of WebSphere Application Server and extends the WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus. Since 2011, WebSphere Process Server has been integrated to IBM Business Process Manager suite and its functionality is included on the "Advanced" version of this suite.
WebSphere Process Server uses the WebSphere Integration Developer as development tool. WPS came into picture from 2006.
Famous quotes containing the words web, sphere and/or process:
“These seem like bristles, and the hide is tough.
No claw or web here: each foot ends in hoof.”
—Thom Gunn (b. 1929)
“In the new science of the twenty-first century, not physical force but spiritual force will lead the way. Mental and spiritual gifts will be more in demand than gifts of a physical nature. Extrasensory perception will take precedence over sensory perception. And in this sphere woman will again predominate.”
—Elizabeth Gould Davis (b. 1910)
“come peace or war, the progress of America and Europe
Becomes a long process of deterioration—”
—Robinson Jeffers (1887–1962)
