Horace "Horrie" Rice (born 1872 in Sydney – died 1950 in Sydney) was an Australian tennis player.
The left-hander won the Men's Singles title at the 1907 Australasian Championships. He was also runner-up 3 times. He won the Men's Doubles title at the 1915 Championships, partnering Clarence Todd.
