Facilities
Hoppers Crossing is located at the eastern end of the Old Geelong Road level crossing, which provides access to the station.
The station consists of two platforms, in an island format, with a large brick building at the Werribee end of the station. Two Myki ticket vending machines are located at the entrance to the platforms, which is able to top up or buy a full fare card either by notes or eftpos. Hoppers Crossing Station also has the facilities for Myki. There are a total of 8 readers: 4 on each side of the respective platforms.
The western standard gauge line runs to the west of the station, and is used by interstate freight trains, and The Overland passenger service from Melbourne to Adelaide.
