Various governments schemes are now been introduced in Gwalior. Not only government-issued projects, but also private projects have also been introduced. The most important of all these is the SADA counter magnet city, which is under the Indian urban development NCR plan. It has also been introduced to increase the investments in the sectors such as Education, Industry, and real estate. Along with SADA, other projects like SALASAR HEIGHTS, SAHARA city homes, WINDSOR hills, ELIXIR MK city, SUNIL MANTRI city (SADA, WEST Gwalior) have been proposed. The city also hosted the MADHYA PRADESH INVESTURE MEET 2009 and received a tremendous response from the investors. However, the closing of prominent industries like Hotline, Cimmco, Grasim Gwalior resulted in a huge downfall in Gwalior's economical market, but now the revival process has successfully begun.
