Kougami Foundation
The Kougami Foundation (鴻上ファウンデーション, Kōgami Faundēshon?) is a mysterious organization that has been researching the Greeed and the civilization that created them ever since they acquired the sarcophagus holding them and the Medals at their Kougami Art Museum (鴻上美術館, Kōgami Bijutsukan?). As a result of their research from the artifacts they gathered and placed in the basement level of the main building, labeled as the King's Room, they developed many Cell Medal-powered items. When the Greeed finally awaken and they realize that Kamen Rider OOO has become active, they begin to assist the Kamen Rider in his fight against the Greeed and Yummy.
