Gozaar

Gozaar (Persian: گذار‎) - meaning "transition" – is a Persian-English web-portal devoted to democracy and human rights in Iran (Persia). Recognizing that open access to ideas and information is the cornerstone of the quest for freedom, Gozaar seeks to help Iranian democrats fulfill the universal aspiration for justice by creating an accessible, inclusive and provocative space for the discussion of liberty. The journal is dedicated to the women and men in Iran working to improve human rights and democratic practices in their country.
