He was believed to be dead after Sonny Corinthos caused Jax's plane to crash but was revealed to be alive. Briefly returned to Port Charles in 2012 when Josslyn fell ill and Jerry poisoned the water supply.

International criminal. Also known as James Craig and James Brosnan, he was responsible for the Metro Court Hotel hostage crisis in February 2007 under the former name. Son of John and Jane Jacks. Brother of Jasper Jacks. Ex-fiance of Bobbie Spencer. Briefly dated Alexis Davis. Uncle of Josslyn Jacks. Shot by a man working for Theo Hoffman and presumed dead, until he was proven to be alive by Jax. Later seen alive when he visits with Ewen Keenan, revealing he was behind faking Robin Scorpio's death and sending her to Switzerland as vengeance towards her family, including Elizabeth Webber.

Neurologist at General Hospital. His first wife Tania Roskov died in a hit-and-run accident while crossing the street, and he saved the driver of the other car. Raised daughter B.J. by himself until he married Lucy Coe. Divorced Lucy after she disparaged his brother Frisco Jones and almost killed B.J., who drank nail polish remover that she had left out. Married Bobbie Spencer, who adopted B.J.. Divorced Bobbie after he had an affair with Carly Benson, the daughter she had put up for adoption. Adoptive father of Lucas Jones. After B.J.'s death in a school bus accident, Tony arranged to have her heart donated to B.J.'s ailing cousin Maxie Jones. Once kidnapped Michael Corinthos, whom he believed to be his biological son. Died during an encephalitis outbreak in 2006.
