Ex-husband of Miranda Jameson, Alexis Davis, Courtney Matthews, Skye Chandler Quartermaine and Carly Corinthos Jacks. Ex-fiancee of Brenda Barrett. He was believed to be dead after Sonny Corinthos caused Jax's plane to crash but was revealed to be alive. Briefly returned to Port Charles in 2012 when Josslyn fell ill and Jerry poisoned the water supply.

Jerry Jacks

International criminal. Also known as James Craig and James Brosnan, he was responsible for the Metro Court Hotel hostage crisis in February 2007 under the former name. Son of John and Jane Jacks. Brother of Jasper Jacks. Ex-fiance of Bobbie Spencer. Briefly dated Alexis Davis. Uncle of Josslyn Jacks. Shot by a man working for Theo Hoffman and presumed dead, until he was proven to be alive by Jax. Later seen alive when he visits with Ewen Keenan, revealing he was behind faking Robin Scorpio's death and sending her to Switzerland as vengeance towards her family, including Elizabeth Webber.

Con artist and filmmaker. Murdered Dawn Winthrop and framed Decker Moss for her murder. Impersonated Evan Jerome, but Anna Devane and Jerome family lawyer Broxton proved that he was a fraud. Later killed by German bootleggers that he doublecrossed.

Pediatrician at General Hospital. Had an unknown past with Lisa Niles. Tried to seduce Robin Scorpio as part of a scheme concocted by Lisa. Operated on Josslyn Jacks, saving her life.

Owner of Jake's Bar for a while. Allowed Jason Morgan to live upstairs when he moved out of the Quartermaine mansion in 1996.

Formerly married to Jasper Jacks. Was presumed dead after an explosion, but was actually hidden by John Jacks. Friend of Katherine Bell. Left Port Charles to rebuild her life.

Son of Theo Hoffman and Suzanne Stanwyck. Ex-lover of Brenda Barrett and father of Alec Scott. Worked in organized crime. Killed by Brenda after he became obsessed with her and attacked her bodyguard Dante Falconeri. Used by Theo as a means of revenge on Brenda.

Neurologist at General Hospital. His first wife Tania Roskov died in a hit-and-run accident while crossing the street, and he saved the driver of the other car. Raised daughter B.J. by himself until he married Lucy Coe. Divorced Lucy after she disparaged his brother Frisco Jones and almost killed B.J., who drank nail polish remover that she had left out. Married Bobbie Spencer, who adopted B.J.. Divorced Bobbie after he had an affair with Carly Benson, the daughter she had put up for adoption. Adoptive father of Lucas Jones. After B.J.'s death in a school bus accident, Tony arranged to have her heart donated to B.J.'s ailing cousin Maxie Jones. Once kidnapped Michael Corinthos, whom he believed to be his biological son. Died during an encephalitis outbreak in 2006.
