Since its establishment, Fuhua Secondary School has had three Principals and three Vice-Principals, inclusive of the current Principal and Vice-Principals. From 2011 onwards, Fuhua Secondary School will have 2 Vice-Principals instead of having 1 Vice-Principal in the past.
