Frank Guinta ( /ˈɡɪntə/; born September 26, 1970) is the outgoing U.S. Representative for New Hampshire's 1st congressional district. He is a member of the Republican Party. He previously served as the mayor of Manchester, New Hampshire, an alderman, a state representative and a congressional aide. On November 6th, 2012, Guinta lost the election to former Representative Carol Shea-Porter. He will leave the House of Representatives in January 2013.
