Follow-up Spin-off
A spin-off released June 4, 2010 reuniting director Stoller and producer Judd Apatow with stars Russell Brand and Jonah Hill. Brand reprises his role of Aldous Snow, while Hill plays an entirely new character. Bell also briefly reprises her role as Sarah Marshall where she appears in a promo for a new NBC drama, Blind Medicine where she portrays a visually impaired surgeon.
