Customer Confidence Centre
As the majority of the sale happens by direct selling to customer by the sales person (trained health specialist of Eureka Forbes) there have been some unfortunate incidents where people disguised as Eureka Forbes salesperson indulged in unethical or fraudulent activities. Eureka Forbes launched its Customer Confidence Service which enabled the customer to verify the salesperson by his unique ID and password.
