Future
In 2012, eTown will celebrate its 21st anniversary and move into its permanent home, with the completion of a building/studio/office and performance space to be named eTown Hall. Purchased by the organization in 2008, this 1925 former church (located at 16th and Spruce Streets, right in the heart of downtown Boulder) is being converted into a performance hall, recording and production studio and shared community space. The Denver Post notes that, "The completed eTown Hall will generate more than half of its own power with solar panels and an experimental heating and cooling system."

Famous quotes containing the word future:
“I am slow to listen to criminations among friends, and never espouse their quarrels on either side. My sincere wish is that both sides will allow bygones to be bygones, and look to the present & future only.”
—Abraham Lincoln (18091865)
“I am not naturally ... A bag of wind; yet ... I mean deliberately and decidedly to cut in future all my old ideas on this head. I dont think modesty pays. It is a good quality in a family, it is a domestic virtue, it makes a home happy after you have got a home, but it is not potent in getting homes. It is not a money-maker, neither is it lucky in gaining a reputation. I am of the impression that gaseous bodies do better.”
—Rutherford Birchard Hayes (18221893)
“Thou, too, sail on, O Ship of State!
Sail on, O Union, strong and great!
Humanity with all its fears,
With all the hopes of future years,
Is hanging breathless on thy fate!”
—Henry Wadsworth Longfellow (18071882)
