Band
The Eldorado Band is directed by John Sanks. The assistant director is Steven Snowden. It is ranked 2nd in the state and is graded an A+ for outstanding character, music, and history. The 2012 Marching show took 1st place in the Pageant of Bands Competition, over La Cueva and Manzano. The next competion they, took fifth in finals. In the Tournament of the Bands competition, Eldorado made 11th and did not make finals. They were off by .05 of a point. Took 2nd in state and 1st in Albuquerque. Outstanding Drum Majors: Shelly Jarigese (Junior), and Maddy Cole (Senior).
