Destructotherapy

Destructotherapy is a stress-relief therapy that recently made appearance in Soria, Murcia, and Bilbao, Spain. The firm Stop Stress started this therapy. In the therapy, the "patients" are equipped with powerful hammers, helmets, safety goggles, and a set of clothes. During two hours heavy metal music is played while the "patients" destroy whatever they can find, computers, mobile phones, cars etc. in a junkyard.

The website claims that the activity is not violent but anti-violent. Thus the very basis of this therapeutic process is the thought that the release of particular emotions and/or thoughts will actually prevent the use of them in a negative manner. If this process had not been developed, the probability that those suffering from high levels of stress would cause personal or property damage has not been investiged and remains undetermined.

Destructotherapy is featured in the Delocated episode "Rage Cage", wherein Jon opens a destructotherapy storefront by that name.

Created in 2003 by three Spanish entrepreneurs, destruction therapy allows patients to release stored up aggression in a supervised situation. It is unclear as to whether or not this is an effective long term form of therapy, but patients participating clearly have fun destroying various items salvaged from junkyards.

Cases: People that suffer from migraines have found this therapy an incredible method, to avoid and stop their pains generated by migraines. The therapy helps them in a way that they can release all their worries and pains to the outside. However, to avoid migraines this therapy needs to be done daily. This therapy not only helps migraines, in other cases, destructotherapy has also proved that it works. There's a 80% probabilities of destructotherapy working.

Destructotherapy helps to stop pains and sometimes avoid them, but it doesn't have any healing power. It also stop hiccups.
