In 2011, Dean College unveiled a brand new Campus Center which features state-of-the-art classrooms, eco-friendly dining center, 150-seat performance venue, a fitness center, office space and the brand new Center for Advising and Career Planning.

There are many housing options for students including both single-sex and co-ed residence halls, and for upperclassmen, furnished condominiums in downtown Franklin complete with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and spacious rooms. The College has announced plans for a new 120 bed residence hall building to be completed in December 2012. The new residence hall will be used to house upperclassmen.
