Successor
Due to the Daewoo brand being renamed as Chevrolet for South Korea, the Daewoo Tosca will end production after the 2011 model year, and the Chevrolet Malibu (which will undergo a redesign for the 2012 model year on the GM Epsilon II platform) is scheduled to replace it. The next generation Chevrolet Malibu which is believed to be replacing the current model Daewoo Tosca was spotted testing in Europe and has a similar design to that of the Buick Regal with a more renounced boot lid and what looks to be the trademark Chevrolet grille. These changes were also revealed in patent filings also.
