Sports and Recreation
Sports in Florida include professional teams in all major sports, Olympic Games contenders and medalists, collegiate teams in major and small-school conferences and associations, and active amateur teams and individual sports. The State has a team in four out of the five major professional leagues (MLB, NFL, NBA, and NHL) No team from Major League Soccer .
Florida also has an abundance of outdoor recreational activities as well. Outdoor activities include, but are not limited to, hiking, surfing, and hunting.
Notable Auto-racing tracks include: Daytona International Speedway, Homestead-Miami Speedway, Sebring International Raceway, Streets of St. Petersburg, and Walt Disney World Speedway.
