Coral Gables, Florida
Coral Gables /ˌkɒrəl ˈɡeɪbəlz/ is a city in Miami-Dade County, Florida, southwest of Downtown Miami, in the United States. The city is home to the University of Miami.
The population was 47,401 according to 2012 estimates by the Nielsen Company. According to U.S Census estimates in 2005, the city had a population of 42,871.
Coral Gables is served by rapid transit on Douglas Road at Douglas Road station, at the University of Miami at University station, and near Sunset Drive and Red Road at South Miami station, connecting the city with Downtown Miami and Miami International Airport.
