For promotion of Como Ama Una Mujer, Lopez traveled with her husband, Marc Athony, back to the Bronx, to meet fans and sign copies of her album in her old neighborhood. Over 500 people attended. In an interview, Lopez stated "It touches my heart to be able to bring this album back to my neighborhood, back to my home."
