Famous quotes containing the words may and, june and/or clouds:
“Social distinctions concern themselves ultimately with whom you may and may not marry.”

“Ask me no more where Jove bestows,
When June is past, the fading rose;
For in your beautys orient deep
These flowers, as in their causes, sleep.
Ask me no more whither do stray
The golden atoms of the day;
For in pure love heaven did prepare
Those powders to enrich your hair.”
—Thomas Carew (15891639)
“One who never turned his back but marched breast forward,
Never doubted clouds would break,
Never dreamed, though right were worsted, wrong would triumph.
Held we fall to rise, are baffled to fight better,
Sleep to wake.”
—Robert Browning (18121889)
