Famous quotes containing the words christmas and/or night:

I heard the bells, on Christmas Day,
    Their old, familiar carols play,
    And wild and sweet
    The words repeat
Of peace on earth, good will to men.
    Henry Wadsworth Longfellow (1809–1882)

Whar have you been for the last three year
That you haven’t heard folks tell
How Jimmy Bludso passed in his checks
The night of the Prairie Belle?
