The song went for mainstream radio add on July 27, 2006. On The Sims 2: Pets, there is a Simlish version on the boombox that was recorded by Aly and AJ, who learned the song in Simlish for the game. The Simlish version (song, and music video) was released for digital download in the iTunes store on October 31, 2006.
A remix of the song was later included in Aly & AJ's second studio album Insomniatic.
