Rica Rodman Orszag, who served in the White House press office between 1993 and 1997 and is the sister-in-law of former Office of Management and Budget director Peter R. Orszag, says that of all the characters, Charlie is the most realistic in his relationship with the president, "accurately the typical young, obliging White House staffer."
