In February 2011, Hayes underwent a breast augmentation surgery, taking her from a B cup to an E cup. She marked this occasion with a shoot in Zoo. Later that year, in October, Hayes appeared in Zoo and finally went fully topless for the first time, having never previously shown her nipples or full breasts. She has since done multiple fully topless shoots for both Zoo and Nuts.
