Casamassima is a town and comune in the province of Bari, Puglia, Italy.

The town is located inland from the Italian coastline, thrives and is built on agriculture, primarily that of wine, olives and almond production.

Casamassima can be found in the Bari Province of the Puglia Region in the Southern Zone of Italy. Only 223 meters above sea level from the Adriatic Sea, and consisting of a population of approximately 16,388 (equating to about 211.7 people per square kilometer), this township is located on one of the eastern terraces of the Murge.
