Staff Description
Reporters write stories about Austin or college-related issues that affect teenagers. School representatives coordinate interviews and distribute the final products. Advertising representatives sell advertisements to cover the cost of printing the magazine. Graphics designers design advertisements. Editors design the page layouts, edit and place the stories, tweak the advertisements, contact publishers, contact press, and fill in any leftover gaps. Candid allows all teenagers living in the Austin area to apply for a position on staff via an online application.
