Burlescombe (pronounced "Burlescombe") is a village and civil parish in the Mid Devon district of Devon, England. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 911. The village is about 5 miles (8.0 km) south west of Wellington in Somerset. The ruins of the 12th century Canonsleigh Abbey are nearby.
