Year 8
After settling into school during Year 7, the focus in Year 8 is embracing responsibility. This may be through representing their form in the Year 8 Management Committee or on the School Council. Perhaps through participation in music, sport, the library, or house events. Burford are supporting students as they become responsible for their own learning and their own actions. Each form in the year group will take it in turn to present a summary of the weeks news in Thursday's assembly and will also arrange an entire assembly at some point during the year.
