Connection With Mega Man Battle Network 5

Boktai 2: Solar Boy Django can be linked up with a Mega Man Battle Network 5 cartridge with a Game Boy Advance Wireless Adapter by entering the code L R L R L L R R R R L L SELECT START SELECT START at the Link menu. This places Django in an area with the vampire enemy in Battle Network 5, ShadeMan.EXE, who also appears in Battle Network 4. The objective is to either attempt to defeat ShadeMan.EXE with each player’s game before the other or to attack MegaMan.EXE or Django via special attacks through ShadeMan and reduce their opponent's HP to zero. In the Nintendo DS version of Battle Network 5, by slotting Boktai 2: Solar Boy Django the player may obtain "Sol Cross MegaMan.EXE/RockMan.EXE", which grants the player a Gun del Sol charge shot and several other abilities. 'GunDelSol' is also a Battle chip, and there is a Navi chip named 'Django' as well.

After Jormungandr is defeated, ShadeMan.EXE is available as an optional boss. After he is defeated, Django gains the MegaBuster. However, to use the "Charge Shot" function, the player must fight at least a few Crossover Battles, and trade the resultant points for a possible "Mega Power" protector. Other MegaMan armors are also available.

Famous quotes containing the words connection with, connection, man, battle and/or network:

We live in a world of things, and our only connection with them is that we know how to manipulate or to consume them.
    Erich Fromm (1900–1980)

... instinct is the direct connection with truth.
    Laurette Taylor (1887–1946)

Roger Thornhill: Tell me, how does a girl like you get to be a girl like you?
    Eve Kendall: Lucky I guess.
Roger Thornhill: No, not lucky. Naughty, wicked, up to no good. Ever kill anyone? Because I bet you could tease a man to death without half trying. So stop trying.
    Ernest Lehman (b.1920)

That we can come here today and in the presence of thousands and tens of thousands of the survivors of the gallant army of Northern Virginia and their descendants, establish such an enduring monument by their hospitable welcome and acclaim, is conclusive proof of the uniting of the sections, and a universal confession that all that was done was well done, that the battle had to be fought, that the sections had to be tried, but that in the end, the result has inured to the common benefit of all.
    William Howard Taft (1857–1930)

A culture may be conceived as a network of beliefs and purposes in which any string in the net pulls and is pulled by the others, thus perpetually changing the configuration of the whole. If the cultural element called morals takes on a new shape, we must ask what other strings have pulled it out of line. It cannot be one solitary string, nor even the strings nearby, for the network is three-dimensional at least.
    Jacques Barzun (b. 1907)
