The Blue Room Fire Truck was a blue-painted emergency vehicle used as a promotional device, and attended the 1998 Burning Man Festival .

Some of the high-demand releases were picked up by Inpsyde Media after the label's fall in 2002.

In December 2004 the owner of the mother label MELT 2000 Robert Trunz bought back the rights to the Blue Room Released catalogue and now works out of Switzerland where the new company is based. Some original CDs and vinyl are still available at their website.
