Saangs, a theatrical arts performance by the locals of Bhattu Kalan. The speciality of this play is a mixture of story explanation and dance according to situations in between. A marvellous show to enjoy, but these arts are degraded and lack of interest due to commercialisation. In addition to this Teej Dance, gangore, Chhatti dance etc. are also famous.
Phulkari is a famous handicraft art of Bhattu kalan people. Housewives and women form a group and participate in making phulkari designs. The design is embroidery of floral arts on shawl's and scarfs, which are most commonly used by women for daily use.
