People over here follow the traditional Tamil culture. The common language of communication is Tamil, Telugu but English is widely understood by the locals.

Near arcot located one village it is called koorambadi village, the famous temple situated at koorambadi sree vijayanagarathamman alayam this temple also called pandavarku arul seitha amman alayam.Once upon a time the pandavas came this temple and got believe to won the war.The amman gave arul to pandavas thats why called as pandavarku arul seitha amman.
Near arcot located one village it is called veppoor village, the famous temple situated at veppoor sree balagujambhigai vashisteswarar temple.
