Famous quotes containing the words personal and/or life:
“I leave the governor’s office next week, and with it public life ... [which] has been on the whole a pleasant one. —Rutherford Birchard Hayes (1822–1893)
“St. Teresa of Avila described our life in this world as like a night at a second-class hotel.”
—Malcolm Muggeridge (1903–1990)
