Alamo Heights High School's Alma Mater - Blue and Gold

Here's to our Blue and Gold, Long May it Wave,

Over our Dear Old School, Colors Never Fade.

RAH! RAH! RAH!

Blue and Gold for Loyalty and for Faithfulness

Here's to our colors true, AHHS! Following Blue and Gold at the beginning of a game or other event, the students chant, "Let's Go! Let's Fight! Let's Win!"

At the end of the game or event, following Blue and Gold, the students chant one of two things. If victorious, "We Came! We Fought! We Won!" or if the Mules suffered a defeat, "We Came! We Fought! (and then very melancholy) We lost...."

Alamo Heights High School's Fight Song - Fight Song

Fight, Fight, Fight Fight, Fight, Fight, Fight Fight

Fight, Brave Mules, Fight,

For the School, for the Team, for the Game,

Loyal and True we will always be shouting your name! (ALAMO HEIGHTS!)

Fight, teams of glory, it's the same old story,

Mules will lead the way so, Fight, Fight, Fight!

Famous quotes containing the word traditions:

Napoleon never wished to be justified. He killed his enemy according to Corsican traditions [le droit corse] and if he sometimes regretted his mistake, he never understood that it had been a crime.
    Guillaume-Prosper, Baron De Barante (1782–1866)

I think a Person who is thus terrifyed [sic] with the Imagination of Ghosts and Spectres much more reasonable, than one who contrary to the Reports of all Historians sacred and profane, ancient and modern, and to the Traditions of all Nations, thinks the Appearance of Spirits fabulous and groundless.
    Joseph Addison (1672–1719)
