Residential Societies

A number of housing societies provide luxurious dwelling place in Zirakpur. Renowned builders and major players of real estate in the region have realized the potential of this town and are coming up with numerous world class projects. A testimony to this is Adarsh Enclave, Shakti Enclave, Krishna Enclave, Royale Estate, New Generation Apartments and the Spangle Heights apartments are also one of the best residential societies in the Zirakpur area. Most of these societies are equipped with all modern amneties within campus.

With development of IT park in Chandigarh, demand for residential flats have increased in the area. This has escalated the costs of flats as well. Some new projects have started coming up on Ambala Road area. Panchkula Heights, Bollywood Heights and Sushma Uraban Views are few of them. But connectivity and narrow roads remains a problem in these areas and hence flats are less sold. Zirakpur has seen much faster development on Ambala road with new malls and commercial hotels starting up there.

Famous quotes containing the words residential and/or societies:

[The Republicans] offer ... a detailed agenda for national renewal.... [On] reducing illegitimacy ... the state will use ... funds for programs to reduce out-of-wedlock pregnancies, to promote adoption, to establish and operate children’s group homes, to establish and operate residential group homes for unwed mothers, or for any purpose the state deems appropriate. None of the taxpayer funds may be used for abortion services or abortion counseling.
    Newt Gingrich (b. 1943)

The mere fact of leaving ultimate social control in the hands of the people has not guaranteed that men will be able to conduct their lives as free men. Those societies where men know they are free are often democracies, but sometimes they have strong chiefs and kings. ... they have, however, one common characteristic: they are all alike in making certain freedoms common to all citizens, and inalienable.
    Ruth Benedict (1887–1948)
