Two passenger stations serve Zhangzhou:
- Zhangzhou East Railway Station on the older Yingtan–Xiamen Railway, northeast of the city
- Zhangzhou Railway Station on the high-speed Longyan–Xiamen Railway, opened in 2012, south of the city
