Prior to the digital television transition, WNOL shared its digital signal on UHF channel 15 with sister station WGNO. On June 12, 2009, WGNO flash cut its digital signal to UHF channel 26, allowing WNOL to resume high definition broadcasts on digital channel 15. However, through the use of PSIP, digital television receivers display WNOL-TV's virtual channel as its former analog UHF channel 38.
Digital subchannel 38.2 carries the This TV network. It is also carried on Cox digital channel 117 and Charter digital channel 174.
