Today the Original WSHE She's Only Rock 'n Roll is Internet Based Only and has recaptured much of its Tri County audience since the move in '2001.

SHE Has a Unique Connection With It's Daily Listeners Allowing Interacting and Custom Programming of 70's & 80's AOR. The Station Has Brought Back Some Of It's Weekly Programming From The 1970's & 1980's,

Mid Day's Electric Lunch / Psychedelic Sunday's From 12-3 / Double Shot Tuesday to Mention a Few. The WSHE Radio Network Has Added a Few New Lineups and Will Be Adding More '2013 As It Rapidly Grows.

For 25 years, the station call letters were WSHE, and the station slogan was "She's only Rock n Roll." Following its purchase by Paxson Communications in 1996, a format change was made from album oriented rock to an alternative/hot AC hybrid format, and the call was changed to WPLL, nicknamed "Planet Radio." Another format change (this time to Disco hits of the 70's) resulted in another call letter change to WMGE, "Mega 103.5" (now used on 94.9, the former WZTA), in 1999.

On Tuesday, March 5, 1996, Paxson Communications Announced It Is Purchasing Adult Alternative Outlet WSHE (103-5 SHE)) and Sister Station WSRF From TK Communications For a Reported $57.5 million.

The Original 103.5 FM WSHE- Miami / Ft Lauderdale She's Only Rock 'n Roll, Had Moved From The Frequency of 103.5 to 105.5 FM (lpfm) In 2001, 5 Years After Paxon Communications Purchased SHE and Changed The Format From Classic Rock Over To Alternative Rock.

The Members Of The Original WSHE- Miami / Ft Lauderdale Continued To Remain With The Music Format of Classic Rock and AOR On The Frequency Of 105.5 FM Until 2006. Management Pulled The Plug On The FM Transmitter in 2006 and Made a Decision To Resume WSHE's Music Format of Classic Rock and AOR As An Internet Based Station Only.
