William Delgado
William "Willie" Delgado is a Democratic member of the Illinois Senate, representing the 2nd district since 2006. He was first elected in 2006, replacing Miguel del Valle, who was elected Chicago City Clerk. Previously, Delgado served in the Illinois House of Representatives from 1999–2006 and was replaced by Luis Arroyo.
