WHTV

WHTV is the MyNetworkTV-affiliated television station for the Central Lower Peninsula of Michigan. Licensed to Jackson, it broadcasts a high definition digital signal on UHF channel 34 (or virtual channel 18.1 via PSIP) from a transmitter on Van Atta Road in Meridian Charter Township. The station can also be seen on WOW! channel 6 and Comcast channel 8. There is a high definition feed provided on Comcast digital channel 235. Owned by the Venture Technologies Group, the station is operated through a joint sales agreement (JSA) by Young Broadcasting as sister to CBS affiliate WLNS-TV. The two outlets share studios on East Saginaw Street/BL I-69/M-43 in Lansing's Eastside section along U.S. 127. Syndicated programming on WHTV includes It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Friends, Two and a Half Men, and Judge Alex among others.
