The centre contains over 400 specialty stores and over 6,200 car parking spaces. Other features include a large food court, Brisbane City Council Library, and a Glasshouse Dining Precinct. In March 1999 it became the first centre in Queensland to have two Major Department Stores in the one centre. After the 1999 renovation, part of this carpeting and skylights were removed due to maintenance and economical issues.
Westfield introduced paid parking (after the first three hours) to the centre in June 2012, to the anger of patrons, centre staff (although Westfield-employed staff receive free all day parking), local residents and local and state politicians.
