2008
On 1 October 2008 the trust was reorganized with the creation of 5 Service Delivery Units (SDU's) to replace the 18 previous directorates. The same central cooperate body was retained in this reorganisation. The five SDU's are:
- Ealing
- Hammersmith & Fulham (including gender identity clinic)
- High secure services
- Hounslow (including the Cassel hospital at Richmond in Surrey)
- West London forensic
