WAPS Promotion Score Calculator

The WAPS Promotion Score Calculator is used by United States Air Force enlisted airmen to estimate the minimum test score for promotion to the next enlisted rank. Users enter the promotion year, enlisted grade, their date of Total Active Federal Military Service, date of their last promotion, EPRs, military decorations, and an estimate of the promotion cutoff score in the Web page's form. The calculator displays the estimated score if the airman is eligible for promotion during the promotion cycle.

Famous quotes containing the words promotion, score and/or calculator:

I am asked if I would not be gratified if my friends would procure me promotion to a brigadier-generalship. My feeling is that I would rather be one of the good colonels than one of the poor generals. The colonel of a regiment has one of the most agreeable positions in the service, and one of the most useful. “A good colonel makes a good regiment,” is an axiom.
    Rutherford Birchard Hayes (1822–1893)

    How many miles to Babylon?
    Three score and ten.
Can I get there by candlelight?
    Yes, and back again.
Mother Goose (fl. 17th–18th century. How many miles to Babylon? (l. 1–4)

Man is a stream whose source is hidden. Our being is descending into us from we know not whence. The most exact calculator has no prescience that somewhat incalculable may not balk the very next moment. I am constrained every moment to acknowledge a higher origin for events than the will I call mine.
    Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803–1882)
