The Viscom product spectrum includes four areas:
- Optical and X-ray serial inspection systems for paste print, placement, solder joint and 3-D X-ray inspections.
- X-ray technology special inspection systems for non-destructive material inspection and 3-D microfocus computed tomography (µCT).
- Optical special inspection systems for bare board, wire bond and customer-specific inspection tasks.
- Semiconductor inspection systems to inspect MEMS, FlipChips, etc. and for bare wafer 3-D checks.
