Getting There
Vintar can be reached via:
1. VIA Laoag City: Landing at Laoag International Airport, then hiring a tricycleor any other public
transportation or riding a calesa.
2. VIA Manila: When you ride a land vehicle, it will take you 10–12 hours in reaching the center of Vintar. You may ride
