The main language in the village is Telugu. One of the earliest/purest forms of Telugu language can be noticed in this region. Other languages such as Hindi and English are also used within the village to some extent. Indian Culture is vibrant with many festivals (that are being celebrated for thousands of years), here are some of the festivals that are observed in Venkatapalem to a great detail: Deepavali, Krishnaashtami, Rama Navami, Sankranti, Sivaratri, Ugadi, Vijaya Dasami, Vinayaka-Chaviti, Ganganamma Jatara, Chennakesava Swamy Seva along with non-Hindu festivals like Christmas, Easter, Eid ul-Fitr, Muharram, Ramadan.

The village totally presents "Telugu Sampradaya", both in culture and traditions. The village also represents the culture of the country "Unity in Diversity", with many religions and languages and the villagers being helpful to one another and living their lives in peace without any hard feelings for other villagers.

Famous quotes containing the word culture:

The higher, the more exalted the society, the greater is its culture and refinement, and the less does gossip prevail. People in such circles find too much of interest in the world of art and literature and science to discuss, without gloating over the shortcomings of their neighbors.
    Mrs. H. O. Ward (1824–1899)

The time will come when the evil forms we have known can no more be organized. Man’s culture can spare nothing, wants all material. He is to convert all impediments into instruments, all enemies into power.
    Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803–1882)
