Upstream Capital Costs Index

The Upstream Capital Costs Index (UCCI), formally known as IHS/CERA Upstream Capital Costs Index (UCCI), is a proprietary index of the rate of inflation seen in the costs associated with the construction of a global portfolio of 28 upstream oil and gas projects. The UCCI is managed and released by Cambridge Energy Research Associates. Updates are posted May and November of each year.

Famous quotes containing the words capital, costs and/or index:

When over Catholics the ocean rolls,
They must wait several weeks before a mass
Takes off one peck of purgatorial coals,
Because, till people know what’s come to pass,
They won’t lay out their money on the dead—
It costs three francs for every mass that’s said.
    George Gordon Noel Byron (1788–1824)

Exile as a mode of genius no longer exists; in place of Joyce we have the fragments of work appearing in Index on Censorship.
    Nadine Gordimer (b. 1923)
