Future
Two World Trade Center was originally scheduled to be completed sometime between 2012 and 2014. According to the current schedule, the structure will be built to street level by mid-2012, with Silverstein Properties starting tower construction while the rest of the World Trade Center site develops and attracts more office tenants. The current finish date for the building's street-level podium is Fall 2012. The full completion of the tower will take place somewhere between 2014-2016 and it will cost about 3 billion dollars.

Famous quotes containing the word future:
“I would sum up my fear about the future in one word: boring. And thats my one fear: that everything has happened; nothing exciting or new or interesting is ever going to happen again ... the future is just going to be a vast, conforming suburb of the soul.”
—J.G. (James Graham)
“Thou, too, sail on, O Ship of State!
Sail on, O Union, strong and great!
Humanity with all its fears,
With all the hopes of future years,
Is hanging breathless on thy fate!”
—Henry Wadsworth Longfellow (18071882)
“Everything I do is done within sight of the Führer, so that my faults or mistakes are never hidden from him. I do my very utmost to live and act in such a manner that the Führer should remain satisfied with me; I am hard-working; but whether I shall always be able to cope with the tasks entrusted to me in the future as well, is an open question.”
—Martin Bormann (19001945)
